Synopsis: This book is an epistle or a letter written to unnamed believers and it contains a wealth of Christian doctrine. Because the apostle John lived and walked with the LORD Jesus Christ, he understood the love of Jesus and, in this book, he communicates the importance of that love in the believer’s life. The apostle John also wrote the Gospel of John and the book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ.
